Are your kids not able to swim yet or do you want your little one to feel a little more secure in the Caribbean sea?

At swimming school "De Pelikaan" we know what to do! "De Pelikaan" educates all swimming certificates (A, B, C t/m F). To be able to gain a swimming certificate, the participants have to be able to be present for a minimum of 4 times a week to follow lessons and practice a lot in between. The lessons are not only for children: adults are also very welcome to participate in a lesson or  join their kids!

Power Yoga is a powerful and dynamic form of yoga, which is derived from the Ashtanga yoga form. This form of yoga was developed in the 30s of the last century. In Power Yoga physical postures are performed immediately after each other and supported by breathing technique. The postures together form, as it were a series, in which the positions are not fixed.

Per lesson series may vary. The series is a dynamic entity and is like a workout. By focusing your attention by using your breath to the movement and the experience of your body, a similar effect arises when running. In the series there is standing, sitting and lying down positions to be trained.
